RATES

We rent Slow M'ocean only to groups reserving both suites for at least a full week.

$150 each suite per night for one or two people, $225 for each suite per night for three people.

EXCEPT:

Mid-Dec. to mid-Jan, $250 each suite per night for one or two people, $350 each suite per night for three people.

Mid-Nov. to mid-Dec. and mid-Jan to mid-July, $180 each suite per night for one or two people, $270 each suite per night for three people.

Rates include a bountiful breakfast and use of the pool/rancho/kitchen complex next to your room(s).

How do I make a reservation?

E-mail or call me, slowmocean@yahoo.com or 506 682 0616, to check availability for the time you want to visit.  Once you reserve, I send you an email tentatively confirming the dates, subject to receipt of your check within 10 days for half the total rent, by mail. Sorry, no credit cards.

How do I know that you have received my deposit check?

I send you an email, and in it I confirm your reservation.

When is the final payment due?

Thirty days before your arrival date.  If you reserve six weeks or less before your arrival, one full, final payment will be payable by check when you make the reservation. If you reserve less than two weeks before your arrival date, or if your checks for full payment have not been received, the total unpaid balance is payable at check-in in cash.

Check-in and check-out times?

11 a.m. and 3 p.m. These are worst-case times. Unless there is a turnover on the same day, we are very lenient.

What if I have to change my reservation time?

Once deposits are received, a reservation change is treated like a new reservation, requiring a separate advance payment. Your payment on the original reservation will be refunded by check, if your room re-rents and we receive the payment from the new guest.
